School Year Program Registration OPEN!
Program Dates: September 8, 2020 – May 27, 2021
*Registration will take place ONLINE ONLY. Please register by 5:00pm on Thursday, September 3 in order to start on the first day of program.
To complete online registration, please click on the link below that corresponds with your child(ren)’s school. If your child(ren) are in grades 6-12, please click on the Teen Center link below.
*PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 safety procedures and CLC program requirements, we are only able to serve youth in a limited capacity to start the school year. Our Johnsonville Club elementary program will only be serving Riverside and Evans youth. We will continue to evaluate our capacity to serve other schools as things change with COVID-19 and will update you with any opportunities we may have to serve other schools.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Program Fee: $40/child; inability to pay fees will not be a barrier, financial assistance is available.
Program Capacity: There will be a limited capacity at all program locations. Priority will be given to students who qualify for free/reduced lunch and students who are referred to the program.
Parent Orientation: ALL programs will have a mandatory VIRTUAL parent orientation before youth are able to attend programming. This includes the Teen Center.

Chegwin Elementary School – 21st CCLC Program
Grades Served: 1st – 5th Grade
Program Days: Monday & Tuesday or Thursday & Friday (depends on school cohorts)
Youth are able to attend the program on days they are IN school
Full-time virtual students are unable to attend at this time
Program Hours: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Meals Served: Supper will be served at the Chegwin site
Johnsonville Club Elementary Program – 21st CCLC Program
Schools Served: Evans & Riverside Elementary ONLY
Grades Served: 1st – 5th Grade
Program Days: Monday & Tuesday or Thursday & Friday (depends on school cohorts)
Youth are able to attend the program on days they are IN school
Full-time virtual students are unable to attend at this time
Program Hours: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Transportation will be provided from both schools
Meals Served: Supper will be served at the Johnsonville Club
Parkside Elementary School
Grades Served: 1st – 5th Grade
Program Days: Monday & Tuesday or Thursday & Friday (depends on school cohorts)
Youth are able to attend the program on days they are IN school

Pier Elementary School
Grades Served: 1st – 5th Grade
Program Days: Monday & Tuesday or Thursday & Friday (depends on school cohorts)
Youth are able to attend the program on days they are IN school.
Full-time virtual students are unable to attend at this time
Program Hours: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Meals Served: Supper will be served at the Pier site
Teen Center
Schools Served: Fond du Lac High School, Sabish, Theisen & Woodworth
Grades Served: 6th – 12th Grade
Program Days: Monday & Tuesday or Thursday & Friday (depends on school cohorts)
Program Hours:
11:00pm – 3:00pm; Youth are able to attend the Teen Center at the Johnsonville Club during this time on days they are NOT in school.
3:00pm – 4:30pm (3:30pm – 5:00pm at the high school); Youth are able to attend the Project Learn Tutoring program held at their school during this time on days they are IN school.
Meals Served: Lunch will be served at the Johnsonville Club
*Full-time virtual students are unable to attend any teen programming at this time.
