Elementary Program Positions

Youth and Family Services Coordinator
Provides support to Site Director in daily operations of the afterschool programs:
*Handle student discipline issues and parent communication
*Work with program aides to ensure program implementation
*Plan, develop and implement family learning sessions
*Work with the day school to meet needs of the school’s families
*Stimulate program participation by communicating with parents
Hours: Monday–Friday 12:30pm–6:00pm; 29 hours/week
Rate: $13.00-$16.00/hour

Program Coordinator
*Plan and develop academic and enrichment programs
*Coordinate academic programs with day school curriculum
*Work with program aides to implement impactful programs
Hours: Monday–Friday 1:00pm–6:00pm; 25 hours/week
Rate: $13.00-$16.00/hour

Program Leader
*Plan and develop enrichment programs for all youth in the program
*Responsible for the supervision of a group of students, tutoring participants and leading enrichment programs
*Assist in daily operations of program site
Hours: Monday–Friday 1:00pm–6:00pm; 25 hours/week
Rate: $11.00-$12.75/hour

Program Aide
*Responsible for the supervision of a group of students, tutoring participants and leading enrichment programs
Hours: Monday–Friday 2:30pm–6:00pm; 10-17.5 hours/week
Rate: $10.00-$11.75/hour

Front Desk
*Responsible for checking in and out members, answering parent questions, directing volunteers and visitors, and paging for students
*Bilingual in Spanish preferred for Chegwin, Parkside & Johnsonville site
Hours
: Monday–Friday 3:30pm–6:00pm; 12.5 hours/week
Rate: $9.00-$9.75/hour; Rate differential for individuals bilingual in Spanish who translate

Afterschool Teacher (Must hold teaching license)
Responsibilities:
*Supervise a group of 15-25 youth in a classroom setting
*Plan and lead enrichment activities
Hours
: Varied
Rate: $25.00/hour

Teen Center Positions

Program Aide
*Responsible for supervising students in recreation area of the teen center, technology center, study lounge or gym
*Running programs and supervising field trips
*May be asked to drive Club vehicles
*Must be 19 or older
Hours: Monday–Friday 2:30pm–7:00pm; 17-23 hours/week
Rate: $10.00-$11.75/hour

Accessory Positions

Food Services
Site: Johnsonville, Chegwin, Parkside, Pier
*Responsible for preparing and serving nightly meal to members
*In charge of inventory, meal tracking and clean up
Hours: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-5:00pm
Rate: $9.50-$11.00/hour
