Elementary Program

Afterschool Teacher (Must hold teaching license)
Responsibilities:
– Supervise a group of 15-25 youth in a classroom setting

– Plan and lead enrichment activities
Hours:  Varied Afterschool

Youth and Family Services Coordinator
Responsibilities:
– Plan and develop academic and enrichment programs for youth coordinating with day school curriculum
– Work with program aides to implement impactful programs
– Plan, develop and implement family learning sessions
– Work with the day school to meet needs of the school’s families
– Stimulate program participation by communicating with parents via surveys and newsletters
Hours:  Monday – Friday, 12:30pm – 6:00pm; 29 hours/wee

Program Coordinator
Sites: Johnsonville
Responsibilities:
– Plan and develop academic and enrichment programs
– Coordinate academic programs with day school curriculum
– Work with program aides to implement impactful programs
Hours: Monday – Friday, 1:00pm – 6:00pm; 25 hours/week

Program Aide
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the supervision of a group of students, tutoring participants and leading enrichment programs
Hours:  Monday – Friday 2:30 – 6:00pm; 10-17.5 hrs/wk

Front Desk
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for checking in and out members, answering parent questions, directing volunteers and visitors, and paging for students
– Bilingual in Spanish preferred for Chegwin site
Hours: Monday – Friday 3:30 – 6:00pm; 12.5 hrs/wk

Teen Center Program

Program Aide
Responsibilities:
– Supervise students in recreation area of the teen center, technology center, study lounge or gym
– Running programs and supervising field trips
– May be asked to drive a 15 passenger van
– Must be 19 or older
Hours: Monday – Friday 2:30 – 7:00pm; 17-23 hrs/wk
Range: $8.00 – $8.50/hour

Accessory Positions

Food Services
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for preparing and serving nightly meal to elementary and teen members. In charge of inventory, meal tracking and clean up
Hours: Monday – Friday 2:00 – 5:00pm
