Lighting up Club for Lights on Afterschool

October 22, 2020, marks the 21st annual Lights on Afterschool, when we celebrate afterschool programs and the critical support they provide youth. In a typical year, one million Americans gather at more than 8,000 events across the nation to rally for afterschool.

Of course, this is no ordinary year. Yet despite obstacles and uncertainty, many afterschool and summer learning programs have risen to the moment, and our beloved Boys & Girls Club is no exception.

Today is our day to celebrate! So in lieu of our typical annual event, we decided to light up our Club. Isn’t it beautiful?! So many great things happen inside this building every day, and we couldn’t be more proud!
