Heim named Outstanding RD Professional for BGCA’s Midwest Region

Each year, Boys & Girls Clubs of America takes the opportunity to recognize local staff members for excellence in their work in executing the mission of Boys & Girls Clubs across the country. Awards range from program offerings and fundraising work to board leadership and staff excellence. Whenever possible, the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac takes time to nominate our programs, staff and board members for consideration of these honors.

The Regional Outstanding Resource Development Professional Award honors one resource development/fundraising professional from each of the five regions that make up BGCA’s national operating structure. The recipient shows dedication, leadership, ingenuity and high ethical standards that collectively build a culture of philanthropy within their Club and community.

This year, we would like to extend CONGRATULATIONS to Tiffany Heim for being named the 2022 Outstanding Resource Development Professional Award winner for the Midwest Region of Boys & Girls Clubs of America! Heim was selected among several qualified fundraising professionals across the Midwest, which is the largest region under the Boys & Girls Club’s operation, representing 13 states. She received her award at the Midwest Leadership Conference in Cincinnati in mid-October.

“Tiffany has been in her role for nearly 9 years and has worked diligently to increase the fundraising capacity of the organization,” said Dan Hebel, CEO for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fond du Lac. “Whether she is focused on annual giving campaigns, special events or marketing our programs, she is always committed to achieving the best possible result for our organization and the kids we serve. We would like to thank Tiffany for her commitment and dedication to the Club!”

As a regional winner, Heim is one of five finalists in contention to be named BGCA’s 2022 National Outstanding Resource Development Professional of the Year. The winner will be announced at BGCA’s National Conference next May.
