BGC Elevates Leadership Staff

The Boys & Girls Club has completed an organizational restructure of leadership staff that has resulted in the elevation and promotion of key team members.

Karissa Schneider has been promoted to Associate Executive Director, a position not previously utilized by the organization. Schneider earned the role through her exemplary work over the past 15 years at the Club, and has been boosted by her recent work researching, developing and leading the Club’s COVID response for staff and students served at the Club. Her new role will focus primarily on HR functions, but will also include executive level duties that support the needs of the organization. Her organizational and leadership skills are essential to the success of the organization.

Pam Sippel has been elevated as well, taking on the role of Director of Operations that was vacated by Schneider. Sippel has been a dedicated and invaluable member of the leadership team, and is the organizational expert on program offerings for kids. She will now oversee all programmatic offerings for both elementary and teen members starting in January. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all programs offered by the Club meet the needs of our kids and families in Fond du Lac.

Of the process, Dan Hebel, CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac, stated, “We have an amazing team of quality leaders here at the Club, and Karissa and Pam lead that group of individuals. In order to keep these talented people, we need to invest in their talents as well as their growth. This process will allow them to continue to spread their wings as leaders in our Club and in the Fond du Lac community.”
