Introducing New BGC Board Member

The Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac is excited to announce the addition of new board member Matt Moses. In regards to joining the board, Moses expressed:

“I am honored to be the newest member of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club. In my current role as a financial advisor at Edward Jones, I help individuals and families put a strategic plan in place to meet their financial goals. For most people, this consists of retirement/living in retirement planning, helping save for their children’s college education and so much more.

Personally, I was born and raised in the Fond du Lac community where I grew up working at my grandparents’ store called Ma and Pa’s. I was a graduate of St. Mary’s Springs and went on to play college basketball at UW-Stevens Point. My family consists of my high school sweetheart, Maggie, who I will be celebrating 10 years of marriage with later this year and two children, Madelyn (6) and Myles (2).

My wife and I are so happy to be back to the community that we grew up in and to help make it a better place. I have a passion for helping the youth in the Fond du Lac area and I know being on this board gives me a greater chance to do so. The Boys & Girls Club is something I am very passionate about and I will continue to help support this organization throughout my life as I’ve seen firsthand the impact it has on the youth throughout our city. Together, we can make this town a better place.”
