BGCFDL Welcomes New Board Members
The Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac is pleased to announce the installment of its newest board members:

Willie Beyer, Chief Operations Officer – Holiday Automotive
Willie Beyer is the Chief Operating Officer for Holiday Automotive. He was born and raised in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, and takes great pride in giving back to the community that helped shape him. A lifelong resident, Willie is passionate about supporting organizations that invest in young people and help build strong futures for local families. Willie is the proud father of five wonderful children: Parker (19), Paxton (16), Phinn (14), Charlotte (12), and Matilda (9). His family is the center of his life and a constant source of motivation and inspiration.
Professionally, Willie has always had a deep passion for both cars and people. He considers himself fortunate to have built a career that allows him to combine those two passions, working in the automotive industry while helping customers, coworkers, and community members alike. Outside of work, Willie enjoys spending his weekends on the golf course, riding motorcycles, and relaxing with a good cigar. Whether through his career, his family, or his community involvement, William believes strongly in building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact in the place he proudly calls home.

Shane Smith, MHA, ACSM RCEP – President, Fond du Lac Market, Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, and SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital
Shane Smith, MHA, ACSM RCEP, is SSM Health‘s President of the Fond du Lac Market and the executive administrator overseeing SSM Health’s medical group and acute care operations across the Fond du Lac region. He has more than 20 years of health care experience as a health system leader and administrator, with a strong track record of success in group practice performance, hospital operations, and strategic growth initiatives.
Shane previously served as an Operations Administrator for Hospital Operations at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire and LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Prior to that role, Shane held various administrative responsibilities including medical practice, acute services, and support services. Shane holds a master’s in healthcare administration degree from Bellevue University and is a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine.
