BGCFDL Welcomes New Board Members

The Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac is pleased to announce the installment of its newest board members:

Shawn Fisher, Michels Corporation

Shawn Fisher is a native of Fond du Lac, graduating from Horace Mann High School in North Fond du Lac. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a Master’s in Business Administration from Lakeland University. With over 10 years of experience at the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation (SSM Health), including serving as Executive Director, Shawn now works as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Michels Corporation. She is actively involved in the Oakfield community, where she lives with her husband and two children.

Dr. Audra Hoffmann, Ripon College

Dr. Audra Hoffmann, a seasoned financial leader with over 20 years of experience, serves as Ripon College‘s Vice President for Finance. With a diverse background in financial planning and analysis, including roles at Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, Audra brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as a Board member. Holding a Doctor of Health Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Accounting, her academic achievements complement her practical expertise. Actively involved in community service and leadership roles, Audra is committed to fostering growth and success within both the college and the Ripon/Fond du Lac communities. Her passion for lifelong learning and servant leadership underscores her dedication to making a positive impact wherever she goes. Audra has graciously served on the Club’s board in the past, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to jump on board again!

Jen Nicklas, BCI Burke

Jen Nicklas currently serves as Director of Marketing at BCI Burke. has a strong background in developing impactful marketing strategies, evidenced by her work at Burke and Mercury Marine over the last 20+ years. She is dedicated to supporting the community to create positive change for Fond du Lac. Outside of her professional life, Jen enjoys spending quality time with her husband Will and their two boys, one of which attends the Boys & Girls Club at the Johnsonville location. Jen is also a returning Boys & Girls Club board member, after serving a full 9 years, two of which she served as Board President. The Club could not be more excited to welcome her back! 

Tucker Reimer, Johnsonville

Tucker Reimer is the Vice President of Global Planning & Analytics at Johnsonville, where he leads the company’s Integrated Business Planning and Strategy Planning functions across its global businesses. In his executive role, Tucker plays a central part in shaping cross-functional decisions and aligning long-term strategy with day-to-day execution. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, driving large-scale transformation, and navigating complex challenges with clarity and purpose. Tucker brings a strong focus on strategic decision-making, collaboration, and talent development. A proud husband and father of two young daughters, Tucker is committed to making a meaningful impact in the Fond du Lac community. He is honored to join the Boys & Girls Club board, inspired by its mission to empower youth and create pathways for success.

Matt Steinbarth, Fond du Lac School District

Matt Steinbarth will transition from Chief of Academics within the Fond du Lac School District to Superintendent on July 1, 2025. A lifelong Fond du Lac resident and district graduate, he has dedicated 27 years to various roles within the school system. Matt is married to Melanie, the principal of Chegwin Elementary, and together they have four children (Sophie – 18, Molly – 16, Hadleigh – 9, Drew – 6). He is truly an exemplary advocate for youth!
