*Registration can be completed online OR in person at the Johnsonville Boys & Girls Club, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Program Dates:
September 7, 2021 – May 26, 2022

Program Locations:
Johnsonville Elementary Club
Johnsonville Teen Center
Chegwin Afterschool Clubhouse
Parkside Afterschool Clubhouse
Pier Afterschool Clubhouse

Program Fees:
Johnsonville Elementary – $60 (1/2 due at registration)
Chegwin, Parkside & Pier – $40 (1/2 due at registration)
Johnsonville Teen Center – $40

*Memberships will be provided to all 1st graders at NO COST.
