Great Futures Start HERE. At the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac, our programs are built to meet kids where they are, academically, socially, and personally, and help them grow into confident, capable young adults. From the first day of elementary school through high school graduation and beyond, every program is designed with one goal in mind: to help our members reach their full potential.
Impact Programs for All Ages
Project Learn
Project Learn is the foundation of academic success at the Club. Built on the idea that youth learn best when learning is fun, the program reinforces what members are taught during the school day through hands-on activities, homework help, and high-yield learning opportunities like reading, writing, discussions, and games. Our staff partners with families and schools to make sure every member has the support they need to stay on track and thrive. During the school year, Project Learn is available to members of all ages, and it continues through the summer for our elementary members to help prevent summer learning loss.
Social Emotional Learning
Growing up is about more than grades. Our Social Emotional Learning program helps members of all ages build the skills that shape who they become, self-awareness, empathy, emotional regulation, and the ability to build and maintain healthy relationships. Through everyday interactions and intentional programming, members learn how to manage their feelings, make responsible decisions, and navigate challenges with resilience and confidence.
Life & Workforce Readiness
We believe it's never too early to start building the skills that lead to a successful life. Life & Workforce Readiness prepares members of all ages for the world beyond the Club, from practical everyday life skills to the habits and know-how that set them up for the working world. Members explore their interests, build good decision-making skills, and develop the confidence to take on new responsibilities as they grow.
Impact Programs for Teens
FutureForce
Future Force is where our teens start turning ambition into action. This program helps teens explore who they are and who they want to become, connecting them with leadership opportunities, mentorship, and real-world experiences. Members build the skills, relationships, and self-assurance they need to take charge of their futures and make a positive impact in their community.
FutureForward
Future Forward helps teens look ahead and plan for what comes next. Whether a member is thinking about college, a career, the military, or a trade, this program guides them through exploring their options and setting a course toward their goals. Through hands-on learning, career exploration, and one-on-one guidance, teens gain the tools and direction to step confidently into life after high school.
Be Great: Graduate
Every member deserves to walk across that graduation stage. Be Great: Graduate is our commitment to keeping teens on track to finish high school on time and ready for whatever comes next. The program provides academic support, mentorship, and encouragement to help members overcome obstacles, stay engaged in school, and reach one of life's most important milestones, a high school diploma and the door it opens to a great future.
