Growth Mindset

As we turn the calendar into 2023, the Boys & Girls Club family can look back at a year that is another great example of hard work resulting in meeting the needs of our members and the Fond du Lac community. Among the many highlights includes the addition of a brand new program location at Roberts School, as well as the expansion of our social emotional learning services through adding another full-time professional to our team. Through that growth came further realization of the value of our services to the community. It has been an inspiring time!

Looking forward to 2023 and beyond, we continue to dream about the future. Who can we be? What more can we do? What might we be able to provide to our members and our community that we aren’t providing now? What community needs exist that we can support? All great questions worthy of meaningful discussion.

Having our focus on continuous growth, we look for answers to these questions all year round. We’re excited to let the community and our supporters know that we are working on discovering and executing the answers to all of these questions. We are confident that 2023 will provide additional, meaningful answers to all of these questions. Throughout the year we will be sharing our vision for growth in serving the Fond du Lac community and making quality additions to our afterschool and summer program services.

Right now, we’re actively dreaming. Just like 2nd grader Danny Hebel…Dreaming about what’s possible. Dreaming about doing more. Who knew that kid would eventually grow up and have the honor to lead such an incredible organization. With your continued support, our dreams will become a reality.
