BGC Welcomes New Board Members

The Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac is thrilled to announce the installment of its newest board members:

Rich Doyle, CFO, Grande Cheese Company

Rich Doyle is the Chief Financial Officer of Grande Cheese Company and an active member of the local business and non-profit community. He moved to Fond du Lac four years ago with his wife and two teenage children. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing with his family, hunting, and CrossFit. Rich looks forward to supporting the Boys & Girls Club as a Director and member of the Program Committee. 

Jim Knowles, Asst. Fire Chief, FdL Fire/Rescue

Jim Knowles is a 26-year veteran with the City of Fond du Lac Fire / Rescue assuming the role and responsibility of Assistant Fire Chief. He has resided in the Fond du Lac area his entire life and remains very active with his family – wife and two children. During his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time working in the outdoors and loves being at the ballpark with his family. Jim looks forward to being part of a great group of Boys & Girls Club Directors and contributing as a member of the HR and Safety Committee.

Leslie Laster, Director for Diversity, Accessibility & Support Services, MPTC

Leslie Laster is a mother, wife and dog lover and the Director for Diversity, Accessibility and Support Services at Moraine Park Technical College. Leslie is passionate about the growth and development of our youth and giving back to the community where she lives and works in a variety of ways. She is excited to serve on the Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors.

Dr. Nora Olson, Pediatrician, FdL Regional Clinic

Dr. Nora Olson is a pediatrician at the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic. She is originally from the Milwaukee area and moved to Fond du Lac in July 2021 with her husband and son. Her family will be growing soon as she has a daughter on the way, due in April 2023. As a pediatrician, Nora is very passionate about children’s healthcare and wellbeing. She is excited to be involved with the Boys & Girls Club, as it is such a wonderful organization committed to helping children succeed and reach their full potentials. 

Dennis Saldana, VP of Underwriting, Society Insurance

Dennis Saldana is the Vice President of Underwriting at Society Insurance where he has worked for the past 20 years. He is passionate about the mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac and excited for the opportunity to be of service. When not working in Fond du Lac, Dennis resides in Germantown, WI with his wife, Jackie, two kids Tommy (13), Annabelle (11), and mini dachshund Loki.
