Be GREAT: Graduate Welcomes New Leadership
The Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac is excited to welcome Sarah Puddy as its new Graduation Specialist, a role in which she is already building meaningful connections with local students. Through the Club’s Be GREAT: Graduate program, Sarah works closely with youth who need additional support to stay on track toward graduation and future success.

Sarah started her journey in Early Childhood education in 2011, eventually pursuing her Associate Degree at Red Rocks Community College (2017) and her Bachelor’s Degree at MSU Denver (2019). Following 15 wonderful years working with “littles” in childcare centers, after-school programs, as a nanny, and through Head Start, she is incredibly excited to embark on a new venture with our community’s teens.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve known that my life’s work would be dedicated to helping youth thrive. I am passionate about supporting them through their educational journeys, alongside their personal, social, and emotional growth. I truly believe that when individuals feel supported and have the resources they need to be successful, there is no limit to what they can achieve. I am so grateful for this opportunity to be a part of the Boys & Girls Club family and I look forward to building strong connections with all of our current and future Club members.
