At the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac, you'll spend your days helping local youth learn, grow, and discover what they're capable of, and go home knowing you made a difference. We're always looking for caring, energetic people to join our team, whether you're starting your career, looking for meaningful part-time work, or wanting to give back to the community you love.

Our staff creates a safe, nurturing environment that helps young people become productive, responsible, and caring citizens. We hire for a range of roles, including youth development staff, program leaders, site coordinators, and more, with schedules that can fit around school or other commitments.
